Heat oven to 365
BEAT: butter, honey, brown sugar in large bowl at medium speed until blended.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in small bowl and beat into butter mixture until smooth.
Stir in Muesli, oats and cranberries.
FOR COOKIES: Drop by spoonful on lightly buttered cookie sheet – Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown
FOR BARS: pour batter into lightly greased cake pan and bake 15-20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Will be chewy and great to pack cookies on a hike as they will be a bit more firm and crunchy.
INSTRUCTIONS & INGREDIENTS:
Heat oven to 350
Mix above ingredients together to make crumbles
¾ cup of Organic Raspberry Jam (or whatever your favorite jam is: strawberry, blueberry, etc)
In an 8” square pan take 2 cups of crumble mixture spread in the bottom of the pan
Spread Raspberry Jam ¼” from the sides, then Sprinkle remaining mixture over the top and press into the Jam
Bake 40 minutes, let cool and then cut into bars.
Step 1: Add together ¾ cup light Karol Syrup and
½ cup organic honey
Heat until clear
Step 2: Melt 16 ounce butterscotch chips and
½ package of Chocolate Chips
Step 3: Add to Step 1
½ cup peanut butter and
2 cups Muesli Munch and
2 cups Special K breakfast cereal and spread into cake pan
Step 4: Put Step 2 on top of this mixture and refrigerate until hard. Serve with milk or hot chocolate!
