Ingredients & Instructions: (2 servings)
- 4 apples peeled, core and cut in 1-inch pieces. Add water until barely covering apples in pot and boil for 4 minutes until tender. Drain water and mash.
- In pan toast 2 cups Sean's Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor), with 1 TBS butter or coconut oil (app. 2 minutes). Ideal for breakfast either toasted or non toasted.
- Scoop non fat plain yogurt or coconut yogurt, muesli, apple, maple syrup, then more yogurt, muesli, apple, yogurt and maple syrup on top and serve!
