Muesli Munch Bread Loaf

Happy Spring everyone! Here is a healthy high protein recipe, Muesli Munch Bread Loaf!

Ingredients:
7 Cups, Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (Any Flavor)
Add 1 cup of mixed organic whole almonds and walnuts, because the whole nuts add a great aesthetic to the bread when sliced.
6 Organic Whole Eggs
½ Cup Organic Olive Oil or Grape Seed Oil
2 Teaspoons Sea Salt

Instructions:
1: Whip eggs well with hand mixer.
2: Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all with a spoon.
3: Put into bread loaf pan (9 by 5 inches) lined with baking paper.
4: Bake in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 330 degrees for 70 minutes.
5: When bread has cooled it is ready to slice and serve.

Serving Suggestions
1: Serve a slice with peanut butter, sliced bananas and honey on top.
2: Serve a slice either plain or with butter and a touch of salt with any meal.
