Muesli Munch "Bread" Loaf

Happy Spring everyone! Here is a healthy high protein recipe, Muesli Munch Bread Loaf!

Ingredients:
7 Cups, Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (Any Flavor)
Add 1 cup of mixed organic whole almonds and walnuts, because the whole nuts add a great aesthetic to the bread when sliced.
6 Organic Whole Eggs
½ Cup Organic Olive Oil or Grape Seed Oil
2 Teaspoons Sea Salt

Instructions:
1: Whip eggs well with hand mixer.
2: Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all with a spoon.
3: Put into bread loaf pan (9 by 5 inches) lined with baking paper.
4: Bake in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 330 degrees for 70 minutes.
5: When bread has cooled it is ready to slice and serve.

Serving Suggestions
1: Serve a slice with peanut butter, sliced bananas and honey on top.
2: Serve a slice either plain or with butter and a touch of salt with any meal.

Enjoy Sean's Muesli Munch As Is or Top It Off!

   While Muesli Munch is a great base food even by itself, we recommend the following toppings to enhance the flavor and/or nutrition content. We've listed a few topping favorites on the package -- like fresh berries, diced apples or sliced bananas.  These are classics, of course.  If you want to make it sweeter, try a drizzle of organic honey or maple syrup.  For those of you who are into enhancing taste and keep your sugar levels down (glycemic index) try sprinkling cinnamon on top of your muesli.   
   If you are in the snacking mode, then just spoon some cottage cheese or crunchy peanut butter (or almond butter is great too) on top of your Muesli Munch.
   You see Muesli Munch can travel with you wherever you go so you'll always have just the right breakfast or snack with you -- no hard choices to make that will tempt you off your healthy eating plan.  Sean's Muesli Munch is delicious and healthy.  Just get some fruit or peanut butter to top it off!
   Two toppings not listed on packaging, which we recommend, are chia seeds (ground or powder) or flax (ground only). Both contain high Omega 3’s and additional protein, which is especially great to top Muesli Munch with, when used as a pre-workout meal. While chia provides Omega 3s whole or ground, studies show that flax must be ground to receive the best nutrition benefits.

Welcome to Sean's Muesli Munch - A Great New Way to Do Breakfast !

Having tried many different cereal varieties and flavors in stores, I found the European's traditional Muesli to be the healthiest, and our American Granola to be the best tasting.  But the European Muesli needs a day ahead preparation time ... and that didn't fit my American lifestyle of eat on the go.  Plus it didn't have the same full flavor as granola.  I wanted something healthy but was not satisfied with the prep time involved or the lack of robust flavor.  Since I couldn't find it, I decided to make it myself and then share it with all my friends.
